What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Maintenance Inventory Clerk in Little Chute, WI. The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for assisting management in overseeing and maintaining the supply of materials and equipment in the areas of maintenance and inventory control. The Maintenance Inventory Clerk keeps track of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized, and may assist in the unloading and processing of deliveries.

• Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday
• Flexibility to work Overtime as needed, nights and weekends
• Prepare and process purchase orders for parts/equipment in the Maximo system.
• Work with the maintenance team to add/subtract parts from the system, label parts, locate/place parts, and set up minimum/maximum levels.
• Meet and work with vendors to make paperwork and purchasing quicker and easier.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related maintenance/inventory control experience preferred.

Where youll be working:

• Our Little Chute, WI, plant is home to about 140 employees. This facility is a top manufacturer of IQF sticks that are supplied to the appetizer industry. Next to the plant is our well-known Simons Specialty Cheese store, which has about 20 employees. Simons is a Wisconsin-themed store, with everything from meats and cheese to clothing and craft spirits.
