Wenner Bakery is part of Europastry, a family business founded in Barcelona in 1987 by Pere Galles. Frozen Bakery is our passion As pioneers of the frozen bakery industry 30 years ago we are proud to incorporate our European legacy with Wenner's American soul.

In 2015, Europastry acquired the majority of Wenner Bakery to support the expansion of business in North America bringing expertise in global consumer trends and providing a unique support for our partners.

Wenner Bakery started in Queens, New York, as a supplier of frozen hand-tied twist rolls for supermarket retailers. It has 60 years of experience leading the frozen bakery business in the US.

Now we deliver our wide product portfolio across the country from our three facilities located in New York and New Jersey. Wenner Bakery is nationally recognized for its quality products and clean label solutions.

Today Europastry is a market leader (the fifth largest frozen bakery in the world) with a presence in more than 50 countries and 21 facilities around the world. We are one of the pioneers of creating categories such as parbaked bread, pre-proofed pastries or thaw & sell Dots, our famous doughnuts.
