Food Production Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for San Francisco State University, located in San Francisco , California . Our successful candidate will be an experienced food production professional with an exceptional ability to multitask, food production software experience, back-of-the-house management experience, and any c ampus experience is a plus. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. • Identify internal/external customer needs and expectations
• Ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met
• Educate and develop rapport with internal/external customers and promote partnerships
• Promote a customer/client-centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs
• Coordinate all unit catering initiatives to drive sales growth and track results

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
