The Surveillance Logistics team is seeking a Sr Technician, Logistics to serve on the Pack/Ship team onsite in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do
- Read, interpret, and execute written shipping instructions
- Examine packed material labels for accuracy
- Prepare shipping documents and label materials for shipping
- Load trucks/move material on the dock using material handling equipment, such as powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Coordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in prioritizing activities in assigned areas to improve upon service level commitment
- Prepare Dangerous Goods Declarations
- Must be able to lift up to 28 lbs.
- Work within a diverse team environment
- This is a 1st shift, onsite position
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping-related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- General industry experience and understanding of protocol in a defense company, including work with Government Furnished Material
- Experience with SAP and Defense Transportation Regulations
- Import/Export Compliance experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
