Materials Supervisor DASS-B- LBJ Hospital- Full-time

JOB SUMMARY: To provide leadership in the day-to-day management, ordering, planning, organizing, and controlling of inventory in laboratory and radiology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience.
2. Work Experience (Years and Area): 5 years in inventory services. (Preferred)
3. Management Experience (Years and Area): Inventory Management experience preferred
4. Equipment Operated: Computer literacy highly desirable

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required: No
Writing /Composing (Correspondence/ Reports)

2. Other Skills:

Analytical Design Mathematics
P.C. Research Statistical Word Proc.

3. Work Schedule: Flexible Travel On Call
