Warehouse Manager

JCSA Holdings Inc. is a private company that provides capital and operational assistance for businesses in exchange for equity in the business enterprise.  The company is based in Albany NY but considers business opportunities on a global basis.

Location: Waco, TX- Electrolit Manufacturing Plant

Reports to: Plant Operations Director

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager for the Electrolit Manufacturing Plant will be responsible completing various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of warehouse operations. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Production Manager will report to the Electrolit Manufacturing’s/JCSA’s Plant Operations Director.

Principal Duties

1. Collaborates with Department Leaders in various areas to ensure seamless production processes throughout the operations plant.
2. Collaborate with leadership to develop supply chain strategy and lean initiatives to reduce the cost of goods sold.
3. Provide insight on continuous Production development Strategies.
4. Train and manage employees in safe and efficient product warehousing, storage, packing, and all inbound and outbound shipments.
5. Ensure all inventories as handled properly in SAP through the reconciliation process and month end closing.
6. Manage flow of finished products away from production operations.
7. Minimize equipment downtime and reduce scrap rate.
8. Maintain dock storage facilities in an organized manner.
9. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, good manufacturing processes, and safety standards.
10. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish Required.
2. Strong Microsoft office suite program experience required
3. Knowledge of both State and Federal safety protocols and emergency preparedness required.
4. Knowledge of Company Safety Policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required.
5. Strong knowledge of SAP required.

Oral Comprehension/Expression – The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.  The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations. or related field required.
2. Ability to travel throughout facility to conduct safety training required.
3. Ten (10) years prior experience in Production Management required.

Other Requirements

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be able to lift Thirty (30) pounds.
• Must be able to comfortably use ladders and step stools.
