Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year 

Job Description:

1. Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure quality of service
2. Manage guest service and complaint resolution
3. Ensure compliance with labor law, food safety, and sanitation regulations
4. Responsible for cost and cash management, including payroll
5. Interview, hire, and train staff, conduct background checks
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
7. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns
8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make improvements
9. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients
