Which ATS integration features are available?

Possible integration features include:
- Jobs Sync: Your jobs are sent to iHire and posted on our relevant talent communities with no manual effort, saving you time and boosting your postings’ exposure to the right candidates.
- iHire Apply Sync: When candidates apply to your jobs on iHire, those applications will be sent directly to your ATS. Since candidates who apply on iHire are not redirected to your ATS to complete their application, they enjoy a better user experience, which increases your applies.
- Screening Questions Sync: Applicant screening questions and candidates’ responses are shared between our systems, allowing you to improve candidate quality without any extra effort.
- Candidate Status Sync: As candidates move through the different recruiting stages (for example, screening, interviewing, disqualification, hired, etc.), and you mark them as such in your ATS, those status updates (disposition data) are sent back to our platform. This not only saves you time, but also improves your reporting capabilities, helps you determine ROI from iHire, and enables us to recommend better-matching candidates in the future.
- Source Attribution Sync: You’ll be able to see in your ATS which applicants came from iHire, helping you more easily evaluate ROI.
- Resume Search Import: If you subscribe to our Resume Search, you can send resumes from our database directly to your ATS.
